What You Will Do

  • Perform general landscaping maintenance duties such as lawn maintenance, pruning, leaf cleanup, mulch installation, chemical application, weeding, and more.
  • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Coordinate communication channels with other team members and residents.
  • Utilise team software for time tracking, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship, with close attention to detail.
  • Follow and advise on effective standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organised commercial sites and workshop.
  • Provide weekly progress reports with the leadership team.
  • Operate a truck and trailer for transportation to and from job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of commercial landscaping scheduling techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • High problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any challenges that may arise in the field.
  • Flexible and dependable.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with team members.
  • Proven time management skills to prioritise top quality service.
  • Demonstrate a positive and persevering attitude that aligns with and drives our company culture.
  • Previous experience in small engine repair and/or maintenance will be compensated appropriately.
  • Valid driver’s licence is required.
