About the Role
As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll be part of a hardworking team building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across the Fraser Valley. From installing garden beds and paver patios to seasonal maintenance, you’ll take pride in work that lasts, and you’ll be developed along the way.
What You Will Do
- Install and maintain garden beds, lawns, shrubs, and trees
- Assist with hardscaping projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate hand tools and light landscaping equipment safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Communicate clearly with your crew lead and teammates
What We Are Looking For
- A valid BC driver's licence (Class 5) is an asset
- Comfortable doing physical work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
